Captain has been part of the reality bikes organization since it's conception in 1998. He began his cycling career racing as an expert mtn. biker, although his true talents lay racing on the road. Captain is the man; he definitely has more power than anyone on the team. When he’s in form he can string out a field indefinitely, sitting on the front reeling in all who dare attack. Eric excels in tight corner crits and has top notch handling skills. He is an exceptional descender and could easily give Paolo Salvadelli a run for his money. Eric works with computers we think, doing something we don't understand or can’t recall. Curious on why we call him Captain? He will be happy to share the story at the next race.
